Feidian is kind of client-software based on PC for online TV. It is not a p2p as Coolstreaming or PPLive and works with an only server. Feidian can run on windows2000/xp/2003 operation system, and what’s more will support Mac OSX and Linux in the near future. It demands the speed of network connection up to 512kbps, in other words, all the users through dialing up on the phone or broadband can share it. Feidian is free for users forever but need freedom through the firewall.
